You might find Lori Sours at a client meeting, or in the carpool line. Volunteering on a committee, or making a trip back home to New Mexico. And that’s a good thing, because her Southwestern roots are what’s led her to share with all of us, her brother Mark’s family specialty – Salsa Senorita!
In fact, it was while growing up in the beautiful Mesilla Valley of Southern New Mexico, that the seeds of this unique partnership were planted. “Growing up in the southwest exposed us to the best authentic Mexican cuisine!” says Lori. “And my brother Mark was determined to come up with his own unique fresh salsa.” Over the years, friends in all parts of the country fell in love with the taste, which inspired them to join forces and take the leap!
Already a multi-tasking wife, mom and business owner, Lori and her brother have now launched their own salsa company, El Nuevo Foods. With one variety on the shelves, a second is on the way, it’s making its way into shops and store. Better get those tortilla chips ready for dipping!
