Stephanie Ross & Wendy Lutter

It started with an email introduction from a friend, then a phone call, and before we knew it, we had connected! “Word!” the kids say. “Empoword!” is so much stronger. Meet Stephanie and Wendy, the gals behind ThinkEmpoword.com as they share their multi-tasking lives:

“Hi Kyle, hope we are not overwhelming you with information.  When we got started thinking about our multi-tasking lives, we just kept thinking of more and more to write.  As Wendy said, we are multi-tasking women on steroids right now.  It is a little crazy, but we love it!  We’ve been friends for over 12 years. We both went to Smith College, but actually met at a local Smith College book club.  We didn't like the book club but we loved each other and have been best friends ever since.” (Isn’t that always the way it is? MTW will find a way.)

“We worked together creating special events, raising money for lots of non-profit organization around Twin Cities, at same time we were raising young kids. Serious bonding took place.
Together we have been through a lot over the years including the death of both Stephanie's parents, Wendy's parenting a kid with Aspergers and Albinism, Wendy’s other child's life-threatening surgery at 36 hours old, Stephanie's divorce, Wendy's father's cancer, and too there have bad hair days, self-doubts and over-priced pedicures to discuss...and through it all we have been a stabilizing, supportive force in each others lives.

Multi-Tasking? It’s one of our favorite words and proudest skills. We often talk about the importance of multi-tasking in making our lives full, rich and meaningful, while striving for balance, presence and integrity.”

Stephanie shares that she and Wendy always wanted to create something together professionally – something their own, meaningful and near and dear to their hearts. Now, with ThinkEmpoword.com, they’ve not only done this, they’ve Empoword us all to be our best selves!
