On Thursday evening, November 12, 2009 join the ladies from Mary and Martha’s Place for their annual fundraiser which will include an Artist Market, gourmet Chocolate Buffet and Guest Speaker, the award-winning Atlanta actress Brenda Bynum. Brenda has worked in theater since 1962 as a performer, teacher and arts advocate. She is an Emmy nominee and was given the title of “Best Actress” in 2004 for her performance in Sandra Deer’s “The Subject Tonight is Love”, directed by Kenny Leon.

The Artist Market begins at 5:30 p.m. and will showcase 30 artists from the southeast, featuring unique local art and eco-friendly gifts perfect for the upcoming holidays. If you are unable to make the event, the Artist Market will continue on November 13 and 14 from 10 am to 4 pm.
Tickets are $40 which includes the performance, the Artist Market and the delectable Chocolate Buffet. The fundraiser supports the programming of Mary and Martha’s Place, a non-denominational spirituality resource center for women in the metro Atlanta area.
Bring your friends, come mingle with the girls and indulge in some of your favorite things (shopping and eating chocolate!), while supporting out a worthy women’s organization! We hope to see you there!
